An award winning designer and artist of 25 years experience, Roderick Bamford is an elected member of the International Academy of Ceramics. His work is represented in public and private collections, including the Powerhouse museum and the National Galleries of Australia and Victoria. Prior to establishing Cone Nine Design, Roderick Bamford worked as a freelance artist and held positions directing Ceramics Training for NSW Technical and Further Education and as head of the National Art School in Sydney. The online galleries feature a survey of design andpersonal exhibition works by Roderick Bamford, created over the past two decades. The images include works representing projects undertaken in Australia and internationally, where he has exhibited sculpture and worked as a resident artist / designer with companies and studios including the Australia Council Studio in New York, Kohler Bathware in the USA and the Keckskemet International studio in Hungary. Works held in collections may be seen from time to time in exhibitions, or by contacting the museum or gallery. |
