The Olive oil dipping dish is fast becoming a staple item in the kitchens of those who love Mediterranean inspired food. In 1998 Rod Bamford designed the first of its type for the Australian market, released by Manfredi Enterprises the following year. Inspired by the open cut mines of Northern NSW nearby to olive groves, the dish highlights rich graduating colours of fine quality olive oils across the terraced interior of the dish.
Initially produced by Cone Nine Studios, the dish is now produced by Monno Porcelain as part of the Ceramica di Manfredi range.
